Sourcing meat and vegetables
One of our commitments at Ali Baba is to serve produce from local farms and other sustainable sources.
It has been 28 years since our relationship with Pawlu tar-Rebekk began. My father started buying lamb from Pawlu in the early 1986.
Their farm and lands located in the centre of the island have been run with dedication and attention, where pesticides are avoided and seasonality is key when growing their produce.
Thirty years later, their family still supplies us with the best local lamb, kid, mutton, sheep, rabbits and fresh vegetables.
